Love cats

Good morning ,A pampered pets card to share today from Tonic Studios weekender on create and craft  the next show is 12pm with Jodie so tune in for plenty of inspirational demonstrations.

Tonic Dies Used :-

Rococo pampered pets- love cats

Circle layering Die Set

The card is  8"x 8" matting and layering i cut the centre out off the top layer and lined up with the black layer of card stock underneith and cut the centre out again ,i then stamped the Just Purrfect  i added a red frame to the apature using the circle layering Die Set.

The love cats were cut out in green card stock then black card stock i then cut away the foliage  i stuck the black layer ontop of the green layer then i popped the centre of the heart out and used a nuvo glue pen then covered with red glitter and stuck back down with foam pads .This card would make a perfect Anniversary card or Engagement or even valentines card or just to let someone you love know your thinking of them.

Pampered pets - Scotty Dog & Toby's sill

Good afternoon, well what can i say i am an animal lover and so i enjoyed playing with this die set collection pampered pets so versatile and who doesnt love cats & dogs. You can see the full collection  of Tonic Studios Pampered Pets on create and craft for the weekender launch with Jodie at 9am and throughout the weekend.
Todays cards i would like to share with you features the Rococo Scotty Dog & toby's sill.

The card is 8"x8" the embossed background was created just scoring the card on a score board ,i then added matting and layering to the card ,the scotty dog was cut with black card and then i applied glue with a nuvo glue pen left it a min to go tacky and then applied black flock to make it look fluffy ,to create the coat i cut it out in a dark red card and stuck it down to a lighter red card then cut out free hand with scissors the collar was just a thin piece of card stock and i added little clear gems, i added a wobbly eye you can find these in any crafty shops usually the cheap stores ,i cut the bone out with craft card and placed it in his mouth and then cut the bowl out in red and stuck to silver mirri and again cut out free hand,i stamped the sentiment with black versafine ink and then mounted with foam pads and added a couple of clear stars  .

The card is 8"×8" with mat and layering i wanted to keep this card very crisp and fresh so i went with white and just a little pink and the green blossom just breaks it up i added a little pink paper behind the window to look like wallpaper and of course a little white toby sat in the window.

Monochrome Love Cats

Good morning,A quick make today from the  Tonic Studios weekender on create and craft Pampered Pets, Black and white i do love monochrome simple but classic

Rococo Dinners up Die Set

Circle Layering Die Set

The card is a large DL shaped card created using 2 sheets of A4 card stock and making a hinge this is hidden once an insert is added to the card the top layer of the card stock i have cut 2 circular apatures out using the scalloped circle layering Die Set i then cut 2 white scalloped rings to frame the apatures and  then i cut out another  scalloped circle in white and black card stock and stamped Just Purrfect to the white layer and then mounted with foam pads i then cut the fish in grey card stock and placed it just under the sentiment the cats were cut from the love cats Die Set i carefully cut away the foilage and the love heart and seperated the cats by just cutting one away from the other and to finish i added white Nuvo Drops to each corner.

Just Purrfect

Hello,Another card to share with you today from Tonic Studios weekender ,Pampered Pets range on create and craft.

Tonic Studio Dies Used:-

Rococo Just Purrfect Die & Stamp Set

Keepsake Royal Frame & Butterfly Insert Die Set

The card is 5"x7" tent fold card matting and layered with gold mirri and patterned paper from my crafty stash i cut the base layer of the royal frame in cream card stock and then brown card stock i distressed the edges with tim holtz tea dye, the cat is cut in gold mirri and black card stock & glued slightly off set the sentiment was stamped with brown memento ink again distressed the edges and finished the card with a little bow and buttermilk nuvo drops.

The card base is created using an A4 piece of card stock approx measure half way and place your die down with removable tape the beautiful papers are from Tonic Studios Mid Summer Mornings paper pack,and finished with Dandelion Yellow Nuvo Drops.

Good afternoon, well the sun is shining in cheshire today it's so nice to have a light bright day ,weekend is here again the days are just flying, i have a big job this weekend sorting my craft room out wish me luck you might have to send the search party out.
Todays cards are from the flip flop range from Tonic Studios which have been on  c & c this  past week.

Love Is...

Good morning, Another card to share with you from the POTW on c&c  with jodie,Tonic Studios Flip Flop Die Sets.
Todays card is made without using the flip flop element,these dies are so versatile you can use the dies as Flip Flops or without it's up to you to be creative.

Petoria DuoCaps initial die sets

The card is  8"x 8"  i started by cutting the inner heart into the card stock on opposite corners then lined the inside of the card with a rich deep red card stock then cut 2x hearts out in cream and then in the rich red and stuck down with  foam pads to add depth and dimension then added love is... sentiment i cut the sentiment out twice  red/gold and slightly off set and then added you fron the initial Die set  ,again cut twice and slightly off set and then the finishing touch 2 red bows and black glossy nuvo drops.

It's The Little Things

Good morning, A card i would like to share with you today Tonic studios- Flip Flops, featuring throughout the week on create & craft POTW with Jodie, have had great fun playing with these die sets there are 4 sets in the collection It's The Little Things, Forever My Friend, Love Is..., Cherished Moments. so many different card shapes can be made with these dies and i look forward to sharing some samples with you over the next few days.

Dies used:-

It's The Little Things Flip Flop die set

The card was creating cutting two of the flip flops out  and then joining them with a larger piece of card stock and lining the inside with mirri card  the finished card measures 16 cm x20 cm the very pretty papers are from Tonic Stusios paper range- simply Blooms.

For the decoration i have used a topper from my stash and added the beautiful sentiment to the opposite side which i cut twice and slightly off set to create a shadow , then finished the card with  decorative bows and Carnation Pink nuvo drops.

Tangled trellis twisted easel

Hello and welcome to my blog,
The card i would like to share with you today is from Tonic studios mini strip die set that was the POTD last week on Ideal world with jodie, A little twist with this card today i added the chalkboard die and stamp set just to show you that all your tonic dies mix and match and are  so versatile so never be afraid to mix and match your different sets.

The card is a 7"x7" twisted easel card the ribbon is used as a stopper,with the Tangled Trellis i created a frame & stamped the chalkboard with a grey ink pad i often use a grey tone when i dont want the centre  to stand out so much, so the eye  focuses on the centre but you then dont  miss the detail in the frame and the finishing touches of the flowers.
