This card was a very simple card to make ideal if you need a 

card in a hurry usually thinking of you cards are normally made in a hurry when someone is unwell or just to let them know there not alone.

The card was created using the Harrop die set and i added a musical themed paper from my stash and distressed the edges with antique linen & tea dye from tim holtz distressed inks i then cut the  Art Nouveau  die and mounted onto the card base then  thought it would be a great idea to create a little book with the smaller dies in the set i stamped the card with a music stamp i had in my stash and again distressed the edges with tea dye ink then shaped the pages using an empty xmas wrapping roll just to give the pages a light lift off the topper behind, i then cut the just to say greeting out in gold mirri & black card stock glued slightly off set to create shadow & depth and to finish i added white nuvo drops to the ribbon and added a matching bow.

forever my friend

Good morning fellow crafters , well it has been a little while since my last blog post so I thought I would share today's card with you created with the last release from Tonic Studios Fairy Reflections and I just love this die I have used today- Cerys combined with Tonics Flip Flop - Forever my Friend.

The card was created using A4 card stock I placed the base of the flip flop down on each edge with the shallow edge of the die towards the edge of the card stock once the cutting was complete I then scored the card in half and folded the sides back the finished card I added a strip of card stock to the back as a hinge just to add a little interest I will post a picture of the card below so you can see what it looks like not joined together so it can then be folded flat to go into an envelope.

I stamped Cerys and coloured her with nuvo alcohol pens and added some white dots to her dress with a white pen, the  papers are from my crafty stash I also added nuvo glitters and matching nuvo drops to finish the card.

As you will see a slight difference to the one i decorated the centre panels are slightly larger but this does fold flat for an envelope.

Hello,hope your all keeping warn the sun is out here but it was a different story first thing very frosty.well this is my last blog for the Very pretty Fairy Reflections Collection,dont forget to watch jodie today on c&c for more fabulous demonstrations .

Very quick and simple card to put together  i used the dainty bow tails  to each side of the card just to frame the very pretty Camillia Fairy i just could not help myself and went mad with the nuvo pure sheen glitters and she has been placed on the It's the little things flip flop die just shows you how you can mix and match all the tonic dies you could have in your collection.

The card is  7"x7"  It it a very simple card to make but the use of the black card stock with the light paper really makes the fairy pop of the card,i also used Tonics Simply Blooms paper pad .

The Bella fairy i cut the base in cream card stock then the top detail die i cut in black card stock i then added nuvo glue pen to the wings and dress and her little hat and added pure sheen nuvo glitters- light gold & olive green to make her sparkle & then added the Believe sentiment cut twice to create a shadow glued slightly off set, i finished the card with a fine mesh bow and black nuvo drops.

Aurora & Cerys Fairy Reflections collection

Good morning, The sun has got his hat on this morning  in Cheshire does cheer you up seeing the sunshine
 Well we have had some fabulous demonstrations from jodie in Califoria at the CHA this weekend and jo in peterborough more shows on  tuesday on create & craft . A couple of cards i would like to share with you today from Tonics fairy Reflections collection.

Papers from Tonics Simply Blooms paper pad

The card is an easel card created using the Elegant oval layering die set,decorated using lemon polka dot papers from Tonics  simply blooms paper pad, Aurora fairy is coloured using Tonic Nuvo pens & the sentiment love is,was cut in gold mirri & blue card stock and used as a stopper for the easel i then finished the card by adding nuvo drops

The Door hanger was created using A4 card stock on the longest measrement its up to you how wide you want the door hanger to be depending on how you would like to decorate it and i then just rounded the corners off  with a corner chomper ,I  then cut a circle in both layers of card stock then cut a white frame to leave a nice finish around the hanging part of the door hanger this also adds a little strength to it hanging off the door handle.

I then cut the scalloped edge oval layering dies in brown and white card stock and mounted the brown base layer with foam pads and then cut the base layer of Cerys in white card stock then cut the top detail layer in craft card and again in decorative papers and brown card stock then i paper pieced the image ,the sentiment was cut in white and brown card stock and slightly off set to create depth & dimension and then to finish i added nuvo drops and a decorative brown polka dot organza ribbon.

 The backing paper on this card is  from Tonics  Romantic cottage paper pack & the topper is from the fairy Wishes illustrated paper pad, Grace was created with paper piecing and finished with a little silver glitter to her wings

Love card

Good afternoon,or should i say Happy new year to you all hope you have all had a lovely christmas & new year.
Todays card is for a love challenge over on my fb group we set a challenge every wednesday and todays theme is Love well valentines is not that far away ,it will be easter before we know it heehee,anyway todays card was created using Tonic Dies

The base of the shutter card is made with a piece of A4 card stock i picked a lovely deep rich red my favourite colour and basic white card stock 300gsm so it stands well i didnt add any other embellishments as i think the dies speak for themselves so easy to create with & endless designs can be made with these dies
