Pretty in pink

Good morning, well i dont know about you but the weather has been just dreadful this weekend but always a positive to come from it, plenty of time to craft .

The card i want to share with you today is a recent comission for a lady who is going to be 101 yrs old so it has to be a pretty card & also a special card.

                                                    Dies used:

Sue wilson noble collection
tonic rococo butterfly

Other materials used are:-
Phill martin Decadent Damask birthday verses stamps
chloes floral stamps
the 101 was cut from plantin school book cricut cart
creative expressions clear mini dazzlers
pink decorative pearls

The card was made using 2 sheets of A4 card stock both trimmed down to measure 9"x 8" i then scored both piece's of card at 1" to make a hindge & then glued both pieces of card stock together.

The flowers were stamped with a white ink pad on white vellum i then coloured the reverse of the vellum with a rose pink dye based ink pad then cut out, shaped and layered.

I then created a box and cut a square apature out and placed a piece of accitate over the apature to create a windown in the box lid ,made a frame with pink card stock and embossed it then placed another layered pink flower to each corner.

Thank you for visiting and taking the time to look today,

Victoria xx
