Vintage royal carriage

Good morning,I have a card to share with you today from Tonic Studios Rococo Baby launch- long weekender on create and craft.
Dies used:
Rococo Royal carriage
Oval layering die set
Entwining trellis Plush peony
Finesse Floral Frond die set

The card is 8" x 8" in cream card stock I went over the edges of the card with tea dye & antique linen from tim holtz I then cut my layers and distressed the edges of the card stock by ripping and tearing the edges and running the scissors over the edge to get a really rough finish and again went round the edges with distressed inks
I really wanted this card to look old and vintage I then cut layers of card stock with the oval layering die set and  cut the royal carriage in a olive green and a dusky pale pink and slightly off set to create depth and dimension and then added the nuvo drops to the centre of the wheels.
To finish the card I layered the flowers on top of the finesse floral fond and added nuvo drops to the centre and finished with a matching bow.
Dies used:
Oval layering die set
Nursery Mobile
Minature Moments Special Delivery sentiment

I added a pop out inside the card this was made with a 12"x12" piece of paper or thin card stock folding the paper in half opening it out and folding in half in the other direction so you end up with a crease mark from top to bottom & left to right you then unfold the card and fold your card stock point to point always using a bone folder to burnish your folds to get a nice crisp finish you then unfold and fold the opposite point to point the card will then pinch in at the sides so you end up with a smaller triangle you then place the triangle with the longer points to your left and right you then take the left point and bring to the middle and crease you then bring the right edge to the middle and crease you then flip over and do the same on the opposite side ,with me so far phew now unfold each corner and push inwards and crease it should fall into place easily do this on each point on both sides you should then have your pop out ready to sick into the card don't stick to the spine stick adhesive down the sides of the pop up that way when you open the card it opens with the card I distressed the card with antique linen ink so it matched the vintage theme I was looking for I then added the oval layering dies and then  added nursery mobile die cut and the gorgeous  special delivery sentiment from the Minature moment die set
I hope you managed to follow my instructions but if the pop out doesn't make sense get in touch and maybe I could do a picture tutorial step by step on how to achieve this

Thank you for visiting my blog today
Until next time

Victoria xx
